What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for all operations across your shift. You’ll make sure the mail centre hits its performance and financial targets and analyse trends to identify working areas that could be improved. You’ll support a skilled team of engineers and line managers with mentoring and coaching, developing and implementing training plans to see that learning needs are met and helping your people to realise their full potential.
What we look for
If you’ve got the personal attributes we’re looking for, you could come from a management background in any industry. You’ll be quick to spot problems and passionate about finding solutions. A good motivator and communicator, you’ll be capable of handling challenging situations and difficult conversations with tact, and skilled at persuading others to embrace new ways of working.
