Delivery office manager
What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for running one of our busy delivery offices, where mail is brought for final sorting and distribution. You’ll manage a diverse team of between 20 and 300 people, supporting and coaching them to perform to their maximum potential and aligning manpower provision with traffic forecasting. And as well as achieving performance and financial targets, you’ll need to maintain a strong relationship with the CWU trade union. It’ll be up to you to see that your unit is run as efficiently as possible.
