Delivery line manager
What you'll do
You’ll lead and motivate a team of front-line staff, helping them to perform at their very best and providing individual coaching and mentoring where necessary. You’ll understand and embed operational standards and targets, using analysis to identify problems and develop solutions. You’ll deal with challenges and unexpected events, ensuring your team get the mail out on time.
What we look for
You’ll have a talent for motivation and communication, confident in getting results by influencing others. You’ll be ready to handle challenging conversations and resistance to change with skill and tact, plus able to win others round to your way of thinking. This isn’t for everyone – but if you’ve got good people skills and a passion for change, it offers incredible potential for growth and development.
